"Francisco and his team were great to work with--they were responsive, professional, and patient with the thousand questions I had about the process. He was great at helping us sort out a design that we liked, offering great suggestions, while also making sure to listen to what we wanted and to provide feedback to help us make decisions to make that happen. We're very happy with the work but are ending up having to move shortly after completion. Our realtor took one look at the before and after and immediately added $10,000 to what our listing price would be. If there hadn't been issues with some work that had been done prior to contracting with Francisco (which we were aware existed, but didn't know the extent of), that increase would have nearly covered the initial contracting price."

"In a word, phenomenal. For the last several years I've wanted to install my ideal dream basement bathroom in my current home. Since it was just bare concrete and drain plumbing to start, I was able to build EXACTLY what I wanted. Francisco and team helped me build that exact vision. I knew 85% of how it needed to be done, but with his added consultation on the proper fixtures, brands to use, and even some additional ideas I was able to have it executed perfectly. I had what I think were some difficult asks (custom slate for the entire shower, linear drain, multiple showerheads, unique molding/trim). Everything was done how I wanted and there was constant communication with him the entire time. If I needed something modified they were able to do it without an issue. However this was rare as I was always consulted before any large items were installed or tasks performed. They are coming back later this year for additional projects."
